When you buy or wholesale jerseys,please refer to our FAQ page at first for more information about our products and service.

1:shipment and delivery

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours by DHL,UPS,Fedex,USPS Etc , In normal ,delivery could be done between 8 - 10 business days.

Usually, shipment is completely safe, if the goods are lost or other accidents during transportation, we will take full responsibility and resend.

2,How do I find the item I want to buy?
Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

Also you can search by player's name in the search frame  ,that will help you save more time.
 We strongly recommend that you register for a member account, so that you can check your shopping cart and orders always.It will only take you 1-2 minutes on registering.


3. How do you send my purchased items?
When We received your payment, we will deal with your order with 24 hours.If anything goes well, we will ship it out with 2 days.customized jersey must wait for 5-7days because factory make it need time.after send your package out ,we will notice tracking number by email.


4. How do I find the items size fitting me?
You can find Size Chart below the Size Selecting field.

Remind: We don't responsible for size question if jerseys without other quality question because high shipping fee of international trade .We promise all jerseys size are same as your order list,but if jerseys can't be fit for you only because size question ,we don't change jerseys after you get pacakg,so please double check your size.


5. How do I can change my order or cancel my order?
When we received your payment, we will deal with your order within 2 days. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within 2 days. after we ship package out , it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.


6. How do I can return the items to your company?
If the product's quality is no problem, we can't to accept the return it.If there's a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can wash it or clean it,then we will give our guest appropriate compensation. If the size is small for you , or when you received your jersey, you find you don't like it and so on, these problem we don't accept .So hope you can understand us.


7. How many payment method do you accept?
We can received the payment through Visa Card,Master Card,Western Union and Money Gram etc.We make 10% discount for Western Union and Moneygram payment.


8. How long can I get the customized Product?
Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usally it need about 5-7 days to get the item from the factory. We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped,we will give you the tracking number.


9. how much fee do I pay for my order total ?
We are honest company ,don't charge any  hidden fee ,we only charge items price and Insurance fee .

When you pay for your order through Visa/Master card,maybe happen some bank fee and foreign exchange rate ,the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different (2%-5%,it is not same always) from the real amount ,that is not charged by our compay.

After we ship it ,Ordinary the parcel will be delivery in 5-7 workdays during all the post process. Well, 
due to unforeseen circumstances, the time will be last a little longer. Please do not worry about it.

Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order.And when we get the tracking number from the express company, 
we also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel’s status.

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the blank as the blank fee.Hope you can understand.
